I’m a lone Lighthouse off this ragged shore,
And you were a beautiful shipwreck on my rocks.
We were fated to meet this way,
Yet it still sank you all the same.
You sailed past these coasts many times before,
yet the idea of my light this time was to alluring.
I warned you of what adorned these beaches,
Yet you still naively fell at my feet with a deadly awe.
We were fated to meet this way.
I’m sure it will all make sense one day.
